Return/Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • T-shirts must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tag attached and intact for returns.
  • In case of returns, the customer is liable to a fee of ₹129 to facilitate the return shipping pickup from the customer by Spuur India.
  • Refund will only be processed once the item is received by us in our warehouse and approved by our quality control team to be in sellable condition.
  • The flat ₹129 return shipping fee shall be adjusted during the initiation of your refund.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are permitted only for:
    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., print peeling, loose stitching, or holes in fabric).
    • Size mismatch (e.g., the delivered t-shirt size does not fit as expected).
  • T-shirts must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tag attached and intact.
  • For manufacturing defect claims, customers must submit clear images of the defect via WhatsApp or email.
  • Exchanges are subject to t-shirt availability.

Non-Eligible Items

  • T-shirts marked as "Final Sale" on our website are not eligible for exchange.
  • T-shirts without the original tag or with damaged tags are not eligible.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp (+91-8054912574) or email (sales@spuur.shop) to initiate an exchange.
  2. For manufacturing defects, send clear images of the issue along with your order details.
  3. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with approval and instructions.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
  5. Ensure the t-shirt is packed securely with the original tag attached and packaging intact for pickup.

Exchange Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is free for approved exchanges only.
  • Pickups are arranged through our trusted logistics partners, and you’ll receive tracking details.
  • Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned t-shirt to confirm eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Defect Claims: Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with images. Late claims will not be honored.
  • Original Tag: The original tag must be attached and undamaged. Removed or tampered tags will result in rejection.
  • Packaging: T-shirts should be returned in their original packaging (e.g., brand polybag, tags attached) to avoid rejection.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges if t-shirts appear used, damaged (beyond delivery condition), or lack the original tag, or fail our quality control.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled before processing by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
    • Once an order enters "Processing" (e.g., being packed), it cannot be canceled but may be exchanged post-delivery if eligible.
    • Canceled orders cannot be reinstated; a new order must be placed.
  • Order Changes:
    • Size, color, or address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us.
    • Changes are not possible once the order is shipped.
